Open for Highschool Graduate

At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Representative

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Cebu City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all the inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email

Ensure to respond to all inquiries of the customer

Great the customer with professionalism, empathy and efficiency

Ensure to look to what the customer needs and provide it deliver effective, timely

solutions

Participate to the internal teams and escalate issues when needed
