Creative Operations Assistant

Job Description:

The Creative Operations Assistant will support both event field operations and content production. This role involves assisting with on-ground event execution, providing manpower support, and producing multimedia content for branding and marketing. The position requires a flexible individual who can adapt to both operational and creative tasks, ensuring smooth event delivery and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation, setup, execution, and takedown of field operations during events.

· Capture high-quality photos and videos during events and activities for documentation and marketing.

· Edit multimedia content (photos, videos, reels, short-form content) for social media, digital platforms, and internal use.

· Provide additional support in logistics, booth management, promotions, and activations.

· Collaborate with the marketing/branding team to ensure content aligns with brand standards.

· Perform other operational or administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

· Basic to intermediate knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or similar).

· Basic knowledge in using DSLR cameras and other photo/video recording equipment.

· Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

· Flexible, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

· Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

· Preferred: Experience in events, content production, or marketing.
