Job Title: Account Executive Officer – Hemodialysis Center

Role Summary

The Account Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in managing financial operations, client accounts, and funding coordination for the hemodialysis center. This position ensures accurate billing, timely claims processing, and strong relationships with patients, funding agencies, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Billing Operations

  • Oversee patient billing, including PhilHealth, PCSO, and private insurance claims
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of reimbursement documents
  • Monitor account receivables and coordinate collection efforts

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of patient accounts, funding applications, and billing statements
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and other regulatory bodies
  • Assist in audits and financial reporting requirements

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as point of contact for patients regarding billing inquiries and financial assistance
  • Coordinate with social workers, funding agencies, and government offices for patient support
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial workflows

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and account status reports
  • Analyze trends in billing, reimbursements, and funding utilization
  • Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare billing or dialysis operations preferred
  • Familiarity with PhilHealth, PCSO, and other medical funding mechanisms
  • Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and data management tools
