JOB TITLE: PHILHEALTH OFFICER
Job Qualifications:
- Creative, optimistic.
- Has the ability to review and evaluate the work assigned by the Administrative Manager.
- Approachable and open minded.
- Knowledge in computer applications.
- Has the ability to operate computer, calculator and other common office machines.
- Can understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Authority:
: Work is performed with minimum supervision and/or involves a group of closely related, routine, repetitive duties within established procedures. While a variety of tasks may be assigned, each usually fits a familiar pattern and changes in procedure or expectations to rules are explained in detail as they are. Immediate supervision is provided by higher level managerial positions. Reports to Administrative Manager.
Basic Responsibility:
: Perform responsible financial accounting and secretarial work involving the administrative and accounting system.
Functions:
a. Prepare billings and related correspondence for accounts receivable.
b. Reconcile general ledger accounts with various registers.
c. Explain billing and other policies procedures to customers.
d. Review, calculate and process adjustments.
e. Prepare reports such as financial statements, statement of accounts, collectible summary, expenses and summary of invoices.
f. Issue statement of accounts to customers with payables.
g. Perform various routine clerical duties such as typing and filing.
h. Checks and screens Philhealth and PCSO claims before transmittal.
i. Coordinates with processors and front-liners for completion of requirements.
j. Prints transmittal letters and transmits claims to Philhealth and PCSO Offices.
k. Monitor status of both Philhealth and PCSO claims.
l. May operate phone, fax and other means of communication as assigned.
m. Reconcile paid accounts
n. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
