Job Summary:

The Restaurant Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers. This role requires a passion for food service, teamwork, and a friendly attitude.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with orders in a polite and helpful manner
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining, kitchen, and work areas
  • Manage stocking of supplies and inventory
  • Assist in daily opening and closing procedures
  • Promote menu items and provide product knowledge to customers
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate (College level an advantage)
  • Experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
