We are seeking a highly driven and creative Marketing Strategist to plan, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies tailored for the Philippine market. The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and creating campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email marketing, online ads).
  • Oversee branding, content creation, and promotional activities for online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth.
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, preferably in the Philippine market.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in brand management, campaign planning, and market research.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Willing to in Quezon City and travel if necessary.
  • Salary is still negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
