About the Role

We're seeking a tech-savvy, marketing-oriented operator to manage and grow the day-to-day operations of our WordPress plugin business. This role involves handling customer support, coordinating with developers, maintaining content and documentation, and using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate routine tasks. You'll work independently to keep things running smoothly — from support inboxes to plugin updates, while helping RSP grow without constant supervision—collaborating closely with our head of development and a development team in The Philippines.

What you'll do

Support:

  • Manage the RSP support inbox (likely Freemius or HelpScout) using prewritten macros and AI drafts.

  • Escalate technical issues to the dev team via ClickUp / Notion / GitHub tickets.

Content:

  • Write short blog posts, FAQs, and update announcements using AI + existing plugin context.

  • Refresh plugin listings on (titles, descriptions, changelogs).

Coordination:

  • Track feature requests, changelogs, and updates.

  • Create developer tickets and test resolved issues before release.

Automation:

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to draft responses, summarize feedback, or even generate docs.


What you Bring

  • Experience creating engaging content (blogs, FAQs, plugin updates) with basic SEO knowledge

  • Familiarity with email campaigns, newsletters, and user engagement strategies

  • Strong written communication and ability to simplify technical information for users

  • WordPress plugin management experience and ability to track updates and feature requests

  • Comfortable escalating technical issues via ClickUp, Notion, or GitHub

  • Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for content drafting and workflow automation

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and quick to learn new tools
