JOB SUMMARY: The Product Associate is responsible for supporting the product team in various tasks including product development, product launch, and product management. This includes conducting market research, feasibility studies, assisting in the creation of product specifications, supporting sales team by responding to product-related technical questions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and maintaining product documentation, and staying up to date with industry trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze data to identify industry trends and consumer needs for lifestyle products

  • Conduct market research and feasibility study to identify new product opportunities based on emerging trends.

  • Assist in consolidating and sourcing potential suppliers for product development

  • Assist in aligning product design with brand strategy and roadmap

  • Help develop use cases and prototypes for new products and improvements

  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to product iterations

  • Support post-production testing and sign off on deployment in staging and production

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and handle product launches

  • Contribute to team growth through suggesting improvements and enhancements when opportunities arise.

  • Monitor demo units availability and lead product training for dealers and employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in product-related roles specifically on consumer and market research

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Engineering.

  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and lifestyle products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, ppt).

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City and do field work
