Job Summary:
The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling the clients' Personal Care product lines. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts brand strategies and planning
  • Creates business models and analyzes the competitive landscape
  • Executes timely above-the-line (ATL) and below-the line (BTL) campaigns/marketing programs alongside internal and external customers
  • Oversees regular monitoring of stock inventory and advertising expense budgets
  • Understands how to do profit and loss (P&L) management for each brand
  • Develops and monitors data-driven analytics

Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications Technology, Management, or any related field
  • With at least 3 years' experience in doing brand marketing or product management with multinational FMCG/consumer goods companies
  • With previous experience dealing with creative agencies
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Willing to report to their Mandaluyong office on a hybrid setup**
