We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Oncology team. You will be responsible for driving the development of innovative oncology products. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of cancer patients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Product Management: You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of urology products, from developing the initial strategy to guiding them through launch and beyond.
  2. Business Development: This includes identifying and assessing new product opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing competitors.
  3. Sales Force Training: A key duty is to create and implement training programs to improve the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills, including testing their competency.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with teams like marketing, sales, and R&D to align strategies and ensure successful product launches.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Proven success in launching products.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • A passion for the oncology market and improving patient outcomes.
