AU Conference and Events Coordinator (Remote)

Background
  • PeoplePartners is hiring on behalf of one of our amazing clients—a national organisation supporting pharmacists across Australia. You'll join their Events team in bringing high-impact conferences and gatherings to life.
About the Role
  • Support the planning and smooth delivery of both national and state-based events—remotely. You'll liaise with venues, suppliers, exhibitors, and team members to make everything run like clockwork.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics: venue, AV, catering, travel.
  • Handle registrations and speaker/exhibitor communications.
  • Update websites, apps, and event communications.
  • Track budgets and reconcile invoices.
  • Support post-event reporting and evaluations.
