The Role

As an Account Management Associate, you'll act as both client partner and brand driver. You'll manage a mix of client accounts, ensuring both sales growth and operational excellence.

You'll translate strategy into execution, pitch creative and commercial ideas to clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and take accountability for KPIs that actually matter — from campaign performance to customer satisfaction and brand growth.

This is not a pure "account executive" role — it's a hands-on, fast-learning position for someone who loves both business and brand, and wants to eventually lead one.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client brands and internal D2C projects.
• Present proposals, campaign ideas, and reports in a clear and confident manner.
• Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, follow-through, and measurable results.

2. Growth & Sales Ownership

• Track and drive key commercial metrics: sales growth, ROAS (return on ad spend), and profitability.
• Work with the marketing and operations teams to plan campaigns, manage promotions, and optimize store performance (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify).
• Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or new brand initiatives.

3. Project & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate deliverables across creative, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Oversee production timelines, inventory updates, and content calendars.
• Anticipate and prevent operational issues through proactive communication and systems thinking.

4. Insights & Reporting

• Analyze campaign data and sales reports to identify what's working and what's not.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly — backed by evidence, not guesswork.

Ideal Profile

You are:

• Commercially curious — you enjoy numbers, margins, and how marketing connects to real sales.
• Organized and reliable — brands trust you to get things done and clients feel taken care of.
• Confident in pitching ideas — you can sell a concept and make clients believe in your plan.
• Balanced — you can switch between creative energy and operational discipline.

Preferred Background:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or client servicing.
• Familiar with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
• Understanding of paid ads, influencer marketing, or content strategy.
• Strong presentation and communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Bonus: Experience with reporting dashboards or light project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.).

Growth Path

This role is designed to grow into:

• Brand Manager or Growth Strategist, handling one or more Agyle-owned D2C brands, or
• Account Lead, managing multiple client brands and teams.

You'll learn brand leadership from the inside — not just in theory, but through the daily rhythm of planning, selling, and executing across multiple businesses.
