What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where you'll manage SEO, paid ads, content, and campaigns end-to-end. You'll collaborate with global teams, ensuring content, strategies, and reports are optimized for reach, engagement, and results.

Shift: Day Shift; Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEST

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years (or more) of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Proven background in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
  • Excellent editing and writing skills for blogs, captions, and product descriptions
  • Experience in website development (Shopify, WordPress)
  • Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, and video editing tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Background in accounting industry is a plus

Your Impact Day-to-Day

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices
  • Optimize website content and metadata
  • Monitor performance and prepare SEO reports

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute campaigns across various platforms
  • Manage and track paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies

Video Posting and Content Management:

  • Upload and schedule videos on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Add captions, thumbnails, and descriptions
  • Track performance and monitor engagement

Content Writing:

  • Write blog posts, social media captions, and product descriptions
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, tone, and SEO optimization

Email Marketing:

  • Create and send newsletters and promotional emails
  • Segment and manage email lists
  • Analyze open and click rates to improve campaign
