The Digital Marketing Specialist role supports the Digital Marketing Manager in driving brand visibility and audience engagement through social media and SEO strategies. The main function of this department is to combine creativity,
technology, and data-driven insights to execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager, uncovering insights beyond surface-level metrics (multi-touch attribution, traffic segmentation, funnel drop-off analysis)

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms using posting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools).

• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Create visually effective assets for social media campaigns, ensuring all designs align with brand standards and marketing goals.

• (Optional) Use Figma to design and collaborate on creative concepts and digital assets.

• Develop copywriting and branding strategies that strengthen the company's voice across social platforms.

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on social media and SEO campaigns.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to improve strategies and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
