Side Car is a fractional sales and marketing consultancy based in Canada supporting owner-led businesses that want real growth, not guesswork. We help clients build sales systems, improve follow-up, tighten process, and generate more predictable revenue.

The business is growing fast, and we're hiring a full-time team member in the Philippines to work closely with the founder behind the scenes to support client delivery and help power our "Lead Engine" growth services.

What You'll Do

This role is a hybrid of
client operations
,
sales support
, and
lead engine execution
. You'll help us deliver a best-in-class client experience and support our internal growth initiatives.

1. Client Operations & Support

  • Prepare CRM updates, notes, tasks, and summaries after client calls
  • Build and maintain client dashboards, reports, and trackers
  • Help prepare weekly client deliverables, slide decks, Loom summaries, and recaps
  • Keep projects organized, documented, and on track
  • Assist with research, prep, and materials that help our clients grow

2. Lead Engine Research & Execution

  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc
  • Validate and verify contact information
  • Prepare detailed prospect profiles for clients
  • Support outbound sequences (no calling required)
  • Track outreach results and update CRM accordingly

3. Business Development Support (Side Car internal)

  • Build and maintain prospect lists for Side Car
  • Coordinate follow-ups and reminders
  • Prepare research packages before discovery calls
  • Support content repurposing and publishing workflows when needed

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, and proactive — someone who can own outcomes, not wait for instructions.

You likely have experience in:

  • Account management, client success, or project coordination
  • Sales operations or lead-gen research
  • CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close
  • Remote roles where you collaborated daily with leadership

And you:

  • Communicate clearly
  • Ask questions early
  • Solve problems independently
  • Have strong English writing skills
  • Are comfortable with both structured tasks and fast-moving priorities

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience in a remote client-facing or operations role
  • Strong experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work partial North American hours
  • Strong written English
  • Fast learner with high attention to detail
  • Reliable internet, backup power preferred

Compensation

₱45,000 – ₱65,000 per month
