  • Manage the operation of the dealership.

  • Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
  • Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates implementation of personnel and compensation changes.
  • Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross training, and public seminars and trainings.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Assistant Managers/Managers experienced employees specializing in Business Operations, Automotive, Corporate Sales or equivalent.
