Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.

Sales Generation:Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services.

Utilize product knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge:Stay informed about product features, specifications, and industry trends.

Continuously update knowledge of promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Provide accurate information to customers about product warranties and return policies.

Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address customer issues and concerns.

Contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.

Cash Handling and Reporting:Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.

Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications :

  • Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate.
  • With experience in retail store operations and handling sales.
  • Familiarity with tools, hardware, and power tools items is a must.
  • Excellent in customer service — can assist and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced store environment.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and with a positive attitude towards work.
  • Willing to be assigned in-store and work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
