As a
Software Engineer 3
on the Enterprise Enablement Employee Experience Team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of solutions that integrate Workday and UKG platforms. You will help improve employee experience by ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality across HR and workforce management tools. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and a passion for creating user-friendly solutions. Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and UKG systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to employee data and scheduling.
  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Document processes and provide support for system users.
  • Explore opportunities to incorporate AI technologies to enhance employee experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development or system integration.
  • Experience working with Workday and UKG platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
  • Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in AI technologies.
