Job Title: Boomi Integration Specialist – HR Systems

Job Overview

We're looking for a Boomi Integration Specialist with experience in HR platforms like UKG (Kronos) and Oracle HCM. This role focuses on building and maintaining integrations to support workforce management, timekeeping, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations
  • Work with APIs, data mapping, and transformation logic
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data accuracy
  • Optimize existing Boomi processes and implement improvements
  • Document workflows, configurations, and technical details
  • Support HR and Workforce Management systems with reliable data exchange
  • Participate in upgrades, testing, and deployments
  • Make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Report to the WFM Dev & Maintenance IT Delivery Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience with Boomi, UKG (Kronos), and Oracle HCM
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling, Forecasting, or Contracts systems
  • Experience in retail, grocery, or large enterprise environments
  • Understanding of data security and compliance in HR integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
