The Role\: Business Intelligence Developer

What will you do?

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions within GSC Pacific Supply Chain Planning organization (Reporting tools, Tableau Dashboards)
  • Create Visualization with interactive, user friendly, customizable Dashboards, action-oriented views for seamless decision making (Tableau)
  • Turn data into knowledge and actions
  • Create insights and recommend actions through Business Analytics
  • Enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions
  • Support Database management (AWS, SQL)
  • Support Data Transformation & Connections (Alteryx)
  • Support Upskilling and training people within organization on digital competencies

Who would be successful?

  • With Bachelor's degree holder in any related courses in Supply Chain and others
  • From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis
  • Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server
  • Basic to Intermediate skills in Alteryx
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
  • Strong Data Analytics, understanding of data & Connection with Business needs
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Good collaboration skills (Direct communication with Business stakeholders)
  • Abilities to take initiative and be innovative
  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
  • Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
