The Role\: Business Intelligence Developer
What will you do?
- Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions within GSC Pacific Supply Chain Planning organization (Reporting tools, Tableau Dashboards)
- Create Visualization with interactive, user friendly, customizable Dashboards, action-oriented views for seamless decision making (Tableau)
- Turn data into knowledge and actions
- Create insights and recommend actions through Business Analytics
- Enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions
- Support Database management (AWS, SQL)
- Support Data Transformation & Connections (Alteryx)
- Support Upskilling and training people within organization on digital competencies
Who would be successful?
- With Bachelor's degree holder in any related courses in Supply Chain and others
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analysis
- Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server
- Basic to Intermediate skills in Alteryx
- Basic Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
- Strong Data Analytics, understanding of data & Connection with Business needs
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Good collaboration skills (Direct communication with Business stakeholders)
- Abilities to take initiative and be innovative
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
- Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
