About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a talented and driven Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our growing team in TP Sucat. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to power strategic decision-making for the business. As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable recommendations that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to effectively communicate data-driven insights
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
  4. Implement data governance practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of data
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence tools and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities
  6. Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic business decisions

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role, preferably within the information and communication technology industry
  3. Proficient in SQL, data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel)
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
  7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
