We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing team and lead technical and engineering efforts for the Mageba Roboquake System—a state-of-the-art earthquake structural health monitoring solution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide engineering expertise in the promotion, deployment, and technical support of the Mageba Roboquake System.
  • Project Execution: Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of earthquake monitoring instruments across diverse structural applications.
  • Client Engagement: Assist clients, consultants, and government agencies with technical presentations, system demonstrations, and post-installation support.
  • Engineering Integration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure monitoring systems are correctly integrated into structural projects, particularly in seismic-prone areas.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all work aligns with Philippine building codes, international seismic monitoring standards, and project requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute feedback to enhance product deployment, performance, and long-term system reliability.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Structural Engineer in the Philippines (required).
  • Preferably an active member of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP).
  • Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, seismic design, and earthquake resilience.
  • Experience in instrumentation, monitoring systems, or related technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills—able to oversee engineering activities from installation to maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for project assignments and system installations across the Philippines.
