Job Title: Civil/Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

The Civil/Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural components of projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations. The role involves coordination with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver structurally sound and cost-effective solutions for both horizontal and vertical infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare structural designs, calculations, and detailed drawings for projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Review architectural and MEP plans to identify potential structural conflicts and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international engineering standards.
  • Perform load analysis, material selection, and structural modeling using relevant software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Recommend innovative engineering solutions to improve project efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's is an advantage).
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in structural design and construction projects (high-rise, industrial, or infrastructure).
  • Proficient in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, structural standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
