Interior Design

· Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space;

· Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts;

· Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures;

· Prepare final plans, using computer applications;

· Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs;

· Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements for approval of client;

· Inspect works of contractors of finishing works of our offices, condominium units and other projects and structures which may be assigned to her.

· Do sourcing of manpower and materials including research, canvassing and procurement of materials;

· Prepare technical reports and inventories on projects and tasks she is handling including updates, accomplishment report, incident report and report the cost and quality of the materials as well as services of contractors and cost of labor;

· Prepare/Make Inventories;

· All tasks that maybe assigned related to construction & design works.

JOB SPECIFICATION

· Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent

· A professional license in Interior Design is an advantage

· Flexible, willing to travel

· Must be knowledgeable in Autocad, Vray, Lumion, and SketchUp

· 3D Rendering experience.

· Willing present a Design Portfolio during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
