Your Role and Responsibilities

The Order-to-Cash (OTC) Team Leader is responsible for managing and overseeing the full OTC cycle, including order management, invoicing, credit and collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. This role involves team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance cash flow and working capital.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness-Related Duties

  • Lead transaction processing in areas such as credit management, order processing, document validation, cash collection, and dispute resolution based on process maps and agreed Desk Top Procedures (DTPs).
  • Manage daily operations and interactions with customers, clients, and third-party providers. Prepare agendas, issue logs, and presentations as part of governance.
  • Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service and timely processing of complex F&A transactions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control frameworks.
  • Set and achieve operational objectives; track and report on service performance.
  • Make timely decisions balancing data, intuition, and expertise.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively provide solutions in collaboration with clients.
  • Participate in and manage transition and stabilization phases.

Order Management

  • Supervise the end-to-end order processing cycle.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies and boost process efficiency.

Process Improvements

  • Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Support and promote continuous improvement (CI) projects.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and legal requirements. Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Maintain updated escalation matrices for both internal and client-side teams.
  • Keep Desk Top Procedures up to date and ensure team understanding and adherence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php95,000.00 per month
