JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Political Science, Law, or equivalent
  • Having knowledge and background in financing or collection is an advantage.
  • Must have organizational and secretarial skills.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • With a Driver's license (can drive a four-wheel) is an advantage
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Naga City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepares monthly and quarterly ligitation status reports.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on the status of cases and monitor case movements.
  • Making and serving demand letters, filing cases, and other matters.
  • Search and review any legal documents for their accuracy.
  • Helps in drafting contracts, agreements, and any other legal documents.
  • Need to attend a court hearing
