About the role

JTSworx' is seeking a talented and experienced Finance professional to join our team in Naga City Camarines Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial support and expertise to our healthcare division. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial part in driving the financial success and growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Provide financial guidance and recommendations to the healthcare division leadership team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Mentor and develop more junior finance professionals within the team

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, analysis, and modelling
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification is preferred
