Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
  • With 3-4 year's background in manufacturing company of furniture /marketing/advertising collaterals or equivalent.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication
  • Well adept in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Organized, able to meet objectives and able to lead a team
  • Must have supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively

Job Dsecriptions:

  • Daily manpower (Installer) Allocation – scheduling and information dissemination
  • Daily preparation of Materials needed in Ocular / Activation
  • Daily dispatching of Manpower & Materials based on yesterday plan
  • Supervision of Installer deployed in the field and inside plant
  • Supervising & Scheduling the daily request (ocular / activation)
  • Providing solutions on daily issues of Installer in the field
  • Constant communication with installers through messenger & phone calls
  • Coordinating with Client, Marketing, Store Owner / Coordinator
  • Providing daily reports based on yesterday task results
  • Preparing Permits, Letters and Delivery Receipt (DR) forms
  • Requesting the needed "cash for expenses" of installers
  • Handover and control of cash to the assigned installer
  • Ensure all materials are complete based on schedule
  • Manpower performance evaluation
  • Manpower development (training)
  • Ensure al materials are complete based on schedule

  • Transferring of photos from messenger to power point report
  • Make power point presentation for Delivery Receipts reports
  • Making of report – Daily progress report of assigned client
  • Making of reports – Monthly summary report
  • Making of reports – Issues and Action plans
  • Making of reports – as per Client requirement
  • Supervises and manage "urgent / additional" request from Client / Marketing
  • Checking / Encoding / Submitting the Production Report, DTR, OT of installers
  • Coordination with co-supervisors for the Activation smooth execution
  • Attends meeting as per Management schedules
  • Additional task as per instruction from Production Manager
