Job Overview:
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day facilities management and operational support for your assigned site. This includes managing office infrastructure, supporting IT systems, coordinating installations of equipment, and ensuring smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes. The role blends hands-on technical support with administrative and logistical oversight to ensure a fully functional and efficient workplace.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for all site-related operations, working directly with company leadership to maintain high standards of service, safety, and performance. Ideal candidates are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management
: - Oversee daily office operations including setup, maintenance, organization, space planning, and coordination with building management.
- IT & Technical Support
: - Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of site technology including equipment, internet/network infrastructure, and general office IT needs.
- Logistics & Equipment Coordination
: - Manage the receipt, installation, inventory, and condition of hardware and office supplies; coordinate deliveries, repairs, and shipments.
- Team Support & Site Administration
: - Lead onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain site compliance with internal policies, and ensure new hires are fully integrated and supported.
- Workplace Safety & Compliance
: - Monitor site conditions to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to workplace standards; escalate issues as necessary.
- Communication & Reporting
: - Act as a liaison between site employees and leadership, regularly reporting operational status and raising key challenges or needs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management
- At least 2 years of People Management experience
- Strong technical aptitude: comfortable with troubleshooting hardware/software, office networks
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (English & Tagalog required)
- Hands-on experience managing physical office space and employee logistics
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems independently, and respond effectively to unexpected challenges
- Ability to handle basic manual tasks (e.g., equipment assembly, furniture setup)
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Background in IT support or network troubleshooting
- Exposure to VR/AR technology or tech startup environments
