We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Technician to join our growing e-commerce team. The role involves inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining electronic products sold through our platforms. You'll ensure that all electronic items meet quality standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test incoming electronic products for functionality, safety, and quality
  • Diagnose and repair minor defects in electronic devices or components
  • Assist the Senior Electronic Technician as needed
  • Provide technical evaluations and documentation for returned or defective items
  • Support inventory control by properly tagging, sorting, and updating the status of electronic items
  • Work closely with the warehouse, customer service, and product teams to resolve technical issues
  • Help ensure that products comply with company quality standards and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Vocational diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in electronic repairs or technical inspection (consumer electronics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of basic electronics, circuitry, and testing tools (multimeters, soldering tools, etc.)
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electronic devices or small appliances
  • Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or repair tracking systems
  • A team player with good communication skills
