Credit Management Division Head

Are you a seasoned credit professional ready to take charge? We're looking for a Credit Management Division Head to lead our Consumer Credit, Credit Evaluation, Micro Small Credit, and Credit Investigation & Appraisal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive strategic direction for the division and align it with the bank's vision.
  • Oversee credit policies, risk ratings, and ensure compliance with BSP regulations.
  • Review high-value credit proposals and identify potential risks.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance credit cycle efficiency.
  • Build strong collaboration between Credit and Marketing groups.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any business-related course from a reputable university.
  • 5–8 years' proven experience in credit review, loan evaluation, and risk assessment.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit processes, BSP MORB, BSP Circulars, and CAR requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Risk- and results-oriented mindset.
