Typical Responsibilities

  • Prospecting:

Actively search for and identify potential customers for a company's products or services.

Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calls, emails, and other communications.
- Lead Qualification:

Evaluate and score leads to determine their level of interest and potential for conversion.
- Database Management:

Maintain and update sales prospecting databases with accurate contact information and lead details.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and relay information about leads and market insights.
- Research:

Research prospective customers to find and utilize the most effective lead channels.
- Relationship Building:

Develop rapport with potential clients to build long-term interest and future sales opportunities.
- Reporting:

Track lead journey progress and submit reports to management.
