· Demonstrated success in generating revenue and establishing strategic partnerships.

· Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop innovative growth initiatives.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, incentive compensation, and analytics
  • Excellent communications skills both in English and Filipino; a persuasive public speaker
