About the Role
We have partnered with a leading Australian company specializing in a full range of fire services, including
design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems. Established in 2008, They are committed to Australian Standards, offering innovative and flexible fire protection solutions. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems. As a Service Coordinator, we need a detail-oriented team member to coordinate service delivery, manage scheduling, and support our reporting processes. This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, thrives on clear communication, and takes ownership of their work. No prior industry experience is required — full training provided.

What you'll be working on:
- Scheduling routine and reactive service tasks in service management software
- Liaising with technicians to confirm job details, availability, and site requirements
- Coordinating with customers to book appointments, confirm service times, and provide updates
- Monitoring job progress to ensure timely completion and smooth delivery of services
- Managing changes to schedules promptly and communicating updates to all stakeholders
- Managing a shared service inbox — directing, responding to, and actioning emails
- Clarifying service requests and documentation with internal teams and subcontractors
- Providing prompt, professional updates to customers and technicians via phone and email
- Uploading routine service reports to customer portals
- Applying work order numbers and updating tracking systems accordingly
- Compiling documentation to support invoicing and compliance reporting
- Learning compliance and reporting standards to support the wider team
