We are looking for (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE) Finance & Accounting Associate to support our client's operations. The role covers end-to-end finance and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end finance and accounting processes for assigned accounts
  • Handle accounts payable processing based on approved client documents
  • Manage accounts receivable processing using client-approved data
  • Prepare monthly financial statements with supporting schedules
  • Prepare tax returns and other statutory reports required by the business, client, or government
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested by authorized representatives
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial documents and data
  • Respond promptly to internal and external communications
  • Comply with submission timelines for reports and statutory requirements
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and related activities
  • Adapt to approved changes in processes as needed
  • Participate in training, development, and company activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • FRESH GRADUATES or 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in SAP (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 7 months
