Job description

  • Establishes a strong relationship and collaboration with all types of corporations and other academic institutions, pertinent government and non-government agencies, industries and other sectors of society institutions for employment opportunities of AMAES alumni and students.

-Establishes contact with different industries for possible academic-industry partnership projects.

-Negotiates and represents the whole AMA Education System and its alumni and students for possible employment, training and internship projects.

  • Explores, develops, implements new initiatives, activities, projects, events and programs for AMAES branches nationwide in relation to employment, training and partnership projects.
  • Establish and build relationships with a wide range of AMAES alumni, locally and internationally.
  • Extends assistance and scouts possible privileges and packages for AMAES Alumni and graduating students.
  • Designs and establishes instruments and criteria in selecting outstanding Alumni for final screening by AMAES Alumni officers.
  • Initiates and coordinates with AMAES alumni members, graduating students and other concerned departments of upcoming activities, projects, events, and programs.
  • Ensures timely updating of contents and relevant information in the

Alumni and career information website thru close coordination with the Social Media Head /IT department such as Alumni directory, Alumni ID processing and correspondences

  • Establishes and conducts programs for graduating students that will ensure practicum placement and possible employment with industry partners or other companies.
  • Formulate implementing guidelines and policies for smooth execution of all of proposed and existing collaborative projects among industry partners.

Senior High students for work immersion nationwide.

  • Organizes and synthesizes nationwide OJT, employment and SHS

Immersion work forces.

  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Chief Academic Officer/

Academic Affairs Head

  • Strategizes corporate planning for mass deployment of OJT College,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php33,000.00 per month
