Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic 
Procurement Lead

to manage and optimize our purchasing activities for the Food & Beverage business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must provide market intelligence and report directly to the head of operations
  • Flexible to rover around 2-4 restaurant sites to check current stocks and replenish the needful
  • Manages the procurement assistant- who purchases the restaurant stocks in groceries (S&R/Landmark)
  • Amenable to do price checking the the market and select best price and quality for the company.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes including request for quotations, supplier evaluation, and order placement.
  • Continuously analyze and reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting the F&B supply chain.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, food safety regulations, and legal compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, preferably in the 
    food & beverage or hospitality industry
  • Works M-F onsite in Makati office
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and import/export regulations preferred
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
