Procurement Functional Leaders (Manager – Director)

Summary:

We are seeking Procurement Functional professionals at senior levels — Manager, Associate Director, and Director — to join our client, one of the Big Four professional services firms with a global presence in over 155 countries. The successful candidates will play a key role in procurement transformation projects, leveraging leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, or Jaggaer (depending on client requirements). Responsibilities and scope will increase by level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to optimize sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and procurement operations.
  • Design functional solutions, oversee configuration, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide functional expertise across procurement processes.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee multiple transformation projects, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Drive business development, presales, and C-level client engagement initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and shape long-term procurement strategies.

Qualifications:

Manager:

  • 8–10 years of procurement experience, with hands-on exposure to procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, system to be finalized).
  • Proven track record in at least 2–3 full-cycle procurement implementations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Associate Director:

  • 12+ years of procurement and consulting experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale procurement transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and business development exposure.

Director:

  • 15+ years of procurement experience with deep subject-matter expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex programs across industries.
  • Strong client advisory, C-level engagement, and business development skills.
