Staff Management:

  • Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets and financial objectives.
  • Monitoring sales performance and reporting on key metrics.

Customer Service:

  • Providing high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues and complaints.
  • Ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Inventory & Merchandising:

  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, including ordering and stocking products.
  • Ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and organized according to sales goals and brand standards.
  • Managing product returns and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Store Operations:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Reporting store performance and financial results to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
