IT Support Level 1 (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- User administration.
- Troubleshooting and information gathering.
- Following outlined policies and procedures for specific tasks.
- Working alongside team members to help further development of work instructions to make future IT helpdesk tasks easier.
- Support triage and response.
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Software Support.
- Network troubleshooting / fault finding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related.
- Experience as an IT Support or any similar.
- Documenting skills from an auditing perspective (would be done via ticketing system).
- Ability to follow outlined policies and procedures when it's important to not deviate.
- Must be able to demonstrate customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
