Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
✨At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
✨At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
✨Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
✨Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Processed employment permits and visas, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with regulations.
✨ Ensured adherence to labor and immigration laws, maintaining all procedures in line with current regulations.
✨ Maintained accurate and up-to-date employee records to support efficient HR and administrative operations.
✨ Coordinated travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation for visitors.
✨ Provided administrative support to internal departments as needed.
✨ Oversaw factory cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and well-maintained work environment.
