Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
✨At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
✨At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
✨Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
✨Willing to work fully on site

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Processing employment permit and visa
✨ Ensure the compliance with labor and immigration laws,
✨ Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
✨Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
✨Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
✨ Responsible in maintaining factory cleanliness.
