USPF is looking for passionate and committed Classroom Teachers to join our Senior High School level. The teacher will be responsible for classroom instruction, student development, and implementation of DepEd-aligned curricula that foster both academic excellence and character formation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons aligned with DepEd Curriculum Guides and institutional standards.
  • Manage classroom activities and ensure student engagement and discipline.
  • Prepare and administer quizzes, exams, projects, and performance tasks.
  • Monitor and record student progress, attendance, and behavior.
  • Conduct parent consultations and submit referrals when necessary.
  • Lead classroom advisory functions, including flag ceremonies and card distributions.
  • Participate in school activities, outreach programs, PTA meetings, and faculty development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline (e.g., BSEd Major in Science or Filipino)
  • Licensed Professional Teacher – required
  • Teaching experience at the Basic Education level – preferred
  • Familiarity with DepEd policies and learning delivery standards
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills
  • Values-driven, collaborative, and committed to student growth
