Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a dedicated On-Site ESL Teacher to join our team as a regular teacher starting this week. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching English, has strong classroom management skills, and can adapt lessons to suit students' language levels and learning styles.

This is an onsite position at our academy, perfect for teachers who want to make a meaningful impact on students' learning journey immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging English lessons for ESL learners onsite at our academy
• Develop lesson plans tailored to students' language abilities
• Use interactive and creative teaching strategies to make learning fun and effective
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Maintain class records and ensure a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain teaching quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field
• TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification preferred
• Previous experience teaching English to ESL learners is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
• Available to start immediately and work onsite at Pizza Academy
