This part-time internship offers Psychology and Education students practical experience in early childhood development within a nurturing playschool environment. Interns may be scheduled up to twice a week, assisting lead teachers in maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging classroom. Key responsibilities include supervising children during play, meals, and rest; supporting creative and educational activities; and attending to basic care needs. Interns are expected to model positive behavior, encourage peer interaction, and help reinforce classroom routines with gentle guidance.

Interns will also participate in professional growth through observation, feedback, and occasional training sessions. Tasks include preparing learning materials, assisting with clean-up, and communicating respectfully with parents and staff. Flexibility is valued, as interns may support different age groups or step in during teacher absences. Outstanding interns who demonstrate excellence and reliability may be considered for future absorption into the team, making this a meaningful pathway for those pursuing careers in child development and education.
