Role Overview

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Starbond's content strategy across multiple channels. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, drives organic traffic, and strengthens customer engagement through high-quality, SEO-optimized content. This is a mid–senior role for candidates with proven experience in content strategy, social media management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Write and edit SEO-optimized website content, including blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and product pages.
  • Produce high-quality email copy for newsletters, product announcements, and automated flows.
  • Plan and create engaging social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility.

Campaign & Channel Management

  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design and video teams to produce multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing supervisor for campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor key content performance metrics (traffic, ranking, CTR, engagement, conversions).
  • Optimize existing content to improve search ranking and user experience.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, SEO algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in content marketing, SEO writing, and social media management.
  • Strong expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting digital marketing data.
  • Experience working with design/video teams is a plus.
