JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing software and infrastructure projects within the organization. This includes ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the company's information systems. This is a shared resource mainly covers the following but not limited to Merchandising and Supply Chain projects for the RRHI Drugstore Segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the project team, including IT officers and other stakeholders, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project demands and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support of software and infrastructure components.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that all projects comply with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring best practices in software development and infrastructure management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with preferred focus on Supply Chain and Merchandising related software and infrastructure projects. With retail industry working experience.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.

Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays - 8:00AM to 6:30PM - Compressed work week system
