JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Production Planning and inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations related to production scheduling, material planning, and inventory management. This role ensures that production plans align with demand forecasts, raw materials are available as needed, and inventory levels are optimized to support continuous and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • The supervisor leads a team in executing planning activities, monitors performance, resolves production or material flow issues, and ensures timely communication between production, warehouse, management. procurement, and PPIC successful Supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to maintain balanced inventory levels, minimize production delays, and support overall operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understands all work processes and procedures

  • Applies and monitors workplace safety practices
  • Can prepare clear and accurate reports
