· Engage guests in conversation and provide general assistance, as requested

· Ensure that all guest complaints are handled promptly and completely

· Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results

· Handle any management issues or emergencies that arise, record them as required, and remediate as required

· Supervising all the activities of the Rooms Division, as well as other hotel activities which relate to the effective and efficient operation of the hotel.

· Acts a liaison between management and guests.

· Responsible and accountable, under the direction of the General Manager, for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel

· As a Representative of Management, the Duty Manager will be called upon to deal with guest problems and/or complaints. Ensuring that they use with tact and diplomacy, remaining within the organizational policy in rectifying these situations.

· The Duty Manager is responsible for the security control of all relative hotel keys while on duty.

· Responsible for attending to, resolving or acting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur while on duty.

· Acts as liaison with the other operating departments in terms of guest complaints.

· Implements key control procedures and participates in matters pertaining to guest room security.

· Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.

· Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

· Ensures proper training and supervision of all associates and takes corrective action when necessary.

Check compliance with the grooming and conduct standards and takes corrective action when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
