  • Responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash flow management, and general accounting
  • In charge of accounting payments received from clients
  • Processing of cash disbursements
  • Tracking and updating recurring payables and ensuring that all are vouched or accrued at month-end
  • Monitor purchase orders from suppliers and clients
  • Responsible for reconciliation of bank statements
  • Must assist Accounting Manager in reviewing of assets, prepaid expenses and other general ledger analysis
  • Other accounting duties, as assigned
  • Special projects, as assigned

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:·

  • Bachelor's degree in ACCOUNTING
  • With or without experience,
  • Willing to be trained
  • Must be knowledgeable of the basic principles of accounting and general ledger chart of accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Has the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Available to work in extended hours when required during month-end close and special projects
